A Hermitage, PA man is being asked to take down the spotlights that neighbors say he uses at all hours of the day to protect his home from “aliens.”

Neighbors say 78-year-old Arthur Brown shines the spotlights at his foil-wrapped house day and night to fend off the aliens.

A judge has ordered Brown to take down the lights, imposing a $500-per-day fine, citing that it violates zoning ordinances. Officials say Brown is yet to comply and now owes more than $20,000.
