Newlywed EMT Responds to Car Accident Still in Wedding Dress

A Tennessee EMT hurried to the scene of a car wreck in her wedding dress, and an image of the scene has now gone viral.

Sarah Ray had just gotten married to fellow EMT, Paul, and the couple was on its way to the reception when Sarah’s father and grandparents got into a car accident.

The newlyweds sprang into action to check on Sarah’s family and her mother snapped a photo at the scene.

“I don’t know that what I did was heroic,” Sarah said. “I was just making sure that my family was OK and I just happened to be in a wedding dress.”
