NASCAR driver Tony Stewart confronted a man attending the Chili Bowl Nationals Friday in Tulsa, OK.

The man, who ESPN reported as off-duty Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office Cpl. Kyle Hess, can be heard in another video telling the three-time Sprint Cup Series champion, “I don’t like you, and I never have.”

After a quick struggle with the crowd chanting “Tony,” the two shove each other, resulting in Hess falling backwards to the ground.

Stewart, the Chili Bowl Nationals winner in 2002 and 2007, is attending the event to help prepare the dirt surface.

According to ESPN, the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office is looking into the conduct of Hess.
