Tuesday on Levin TV with Mark Levin, former Republican presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) said he wants a conservative to be the Republican nominee and of those left in the race he believes his colleague Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is the only one left in the race who fits that criteria.

Rubio said, “I’ve been pretty clear that I want the Republican nominee to be a conservative And in my view at this moment, of the candidates that are still actively campaigning, the only one that fits that criteria is Ted Cruz.”

He added, “I think the Republican Party has to be home of a conservative movement if not it losses it’s reason to exist as an organization.”
