Sunday at an appearance in the Staten Island borough of New York City, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said the Republican National Committee’s rules for picking a presidential candidate is “100 percent crooked.”
Trump said, “I will say this, It’s a rigged system. It’s a crooked system, It’s a 100 percent crooked.”
Discussing the delegates, Trump added, “You’re basically buying these people.”
