Tuesday at a workforce training facility in Denver, CO, presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton touted her knowledge of commodity trading.

“I know just a little bit about commodities and their trading, their buying, their selling, their futures, the actual commodities themselves,” she said to the audience.

Clinton does indeed have a past association with commodities trading. According to 1978-79 tax returns, Clinton reportedly made $100,000 on a $1,000 investment in cattle futures. The deal was later questioned by the media during her husband’s Bill Clinton’s presidency and questions continue to remain about that particular investment and return Clinton had made in cattle futures.
