Home surveillance captured video of the moment a neighbor attempted to take the sign from the front lawn.
The neighbor had quite the shocking surprise as he was electrocuted as soon as he picked up the sign.
The video concludes with the neighbor running away.
The publisher of the video claims the neighbor was charged with trespassing.
