Monday on MSNBC’s “Hardball,” former DNC chairman Gov. Howard Dean (D-VT) said that young people were “traumatized” by the election of President Donald Trump.

Dean said, “I’m betting what happens is these young people who’ve been traumatized by Trump’s election because it was essentially a reneging on every single value that somebody in this country under 35 has —they were shocked — I think they are coming out in 2018, which they did not do in 2014.”
