MSNBC's Ruhle: 'I Too Have a Pre-Existing Condition --- I'm a Woman'

Tuesday on MSNBC, show host Stephanie Ruhle during a panel discussion about the pending health care legislation now before the U.S. Senate lamented having what she called a pre-existing condition.

“I too have a pre-existing condition,” Ruhle declared. “I’m a woman.”
