Wednesday in Washington, DC outside of a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE) said the Republican National Committee backing Republican Alabama U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore didn’t “make any sense.”
Sasse said, “They explicitly admitted in the past that they believed these women in Alabama, and somehow now the RNC is giving money. It doesn’t make any sense.”
