In the midst of renewed charges that Woody Allen is a child molester, the famous director agreed with those who say his son with Mia Farrow, Roman Farrow, looks a lot like Frank Sinatra.

On February 1, after Allen was awarded a lifetime achievement award at the Golden Globes, Allen’s daughter Dylan Farrow published a open letter once again accusing Allen of molesting her when she was a child.

Days later, Allen posted a reply to Farrow’s claims in the pages of The New York Times. But quick on the heels of Allen’s defensive op ed, Farrow again claimed that Allen was lying about what he did to her.

But in his New York Times piece, Allen stirred even more controversy by floating the idea that his son, Ronan, is not his but is Sinatra’s.

“I pause here for a quick word on the Ronan situation. Is he my son or, as Mia suggests, Frank Sinatra’s?” Allen wrote on February 7.

“Granted, he looks a lot like Frank with the blue eyes and facial features, but if so what does this say?” Allen speculated. “That all during the custody hearing Mia lied under oath and falsely represented Ronan as our son? Even if he is not Frank’s, the possibility she raises that he could be, indicates she was secretly intimate with him during our years.”

Allen then lamented about all the child support he paid Mia Farrow. “Was I supporting Frank’s son? Again, I want to call attention to the integrity and honesty of a person who conducts her life like that,” Allen wrote.
