Thirteen-year-old stand-up comedian Lori Mae Hernandez got a standing ovation after she cracked a joke about Donald Trump’s qualifications to be president during Tuesday night’s episode of America’s Got Talent.

Hernandez set up the punchline by explaining that she’s not qualified to be a babysitter.

“My only qualification to be a babysitter is that I used to be a baby,” the 13-year-old joked.

“That’s like saying, ‘Hey, you’re sick a lot, you wanna be my doctor?'” she said.“‘Or, ‘Weren’t you the host of a reality show? You wanna be president of the United States?”

Hernandez’s joke drew resounding laughter and applause from the panel of judges and a standing ovation from the packed audience.

The witty teenager began her bit by explaining to the show’s judges that she was inspired to become a comic three years ago when her dad was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy, a form of facial paralysis. Hernandez said she’d practice her punchlines in front of her dad to help him smile.

NBC’s 11th season of America’s Got Talent is hosted by Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B, and Howie Mandel and is presented by Nick Cannon. The talent search show presents gifted performers from across the country.

The episode featuring Hernandez’s dig at Trump airs on Tuesday, June 14.
