An Islamist activist who claimed the 71 victims of the Grenfell Tower disaster “were murdered” by Zionists who fund the Conservative party will not face prosecution for hate speech.

Chairman of the Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC), Nazim Ali, made the allegation at the anti-Israel, Khomenist al-Quds Day march in July. As Breitbart News reported, Mr. Ali was recorded saying that victims of the Grenfell Tower fire, “were murdered by Theresa May’s cronies, many of which are supporters of Zionist ideology”.

“Let us not forget that some of the biggest corporations who were supporting the Conservative Party are Zionists. They are responsible for the murder of the people in Grenfell, in those towers in Grenfell, the Zionist supporters of the Tory Party,” the IHRC chairman continued.

In another heated outburst, he said: “It is the Zionists who give money to the Tory party, to kill people in high rise blocks…. Careful, careful, careful of those rabbis who belong to the Board of Deputies, who have got blood on their hands.”

A Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) spokesperson has now confirmed to the Jewish News that they “received a file of evidence from the Metropolitan Police in relation to the actions of an individual at a demonstration on 18 June 2017.

“We considered whether offences of inciting racial or religious hatred or a public order offence had been committed, in line with the tests set out in the Code for Crown Prosecutors. We concluded that the evidential test in the Code was not met and therefore no charges have been authorised.”

The decision not to charge Mr. Ali comes just days after a second activist made a similar wild claim.

As Breitbart Jerusalem reported, Tahra Ahmed, 47, told reporters that the south-west London fire was a “holocaust” and shared her view that Jews were responsible for the tragedy on her Facebook page. She wrote:

Watch the live footage of people trapped in the inferno with flames behind them. They were burnt alive in a Jewish sacrifice.

Grenfell is owned by a private Jewish property developer just like the Twin Towers. I wonder how much Goldman [Goldman Sachs,] is standing to make in the world’s most expensive real estate location [Kensington].

There is no indication any charges will be laid in relation to her claims.
