…to this pronouncement:
So while Secretary of State Hillary Clinton “reset” relations with Russia in 2009 by backing off from missile defense–and undercutting our European allies in the process–she has again apparently “reset” relations again by reverting to criticism of Russia’s democratic shortcomings.
For the Obama administration, it’s not a shift from appeasement to neoconservatism as much as it is a shift from incompetence to inconsistency.
