Israel has a friend in the American government, and her name is Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL). She is the Chairwoman of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee who is “urging the EU to designate Hezbollah as a terrorist organization.”

She made these requests via a letter she sent the EU just before the annual Al-Qods day marches in Europe on Saturday — marches which tend to justify and equivocate between various participating Muslim and Islamist factions.

Rep. Ros-Lehtinen wrote: “Hezbollah has executed attacks in the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America, killing hundreds of people and wounding countless others.”

Hezbollah supporters at the Al-Qods marches wore yellow shirts bearing the caption “Resistance.” Hezbolloah experts say that word is employed to communicate “violence against Israel.”
