Member of Islamic Jihad Vows to Kill Jews Returning to Egypt

When Essam al-Erian, an adviser to Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, encouraged Egyptian Jews to leave Israel and come to back to Egypt, he started a firestorm that has resulted in his denunciation by Islamic Jihad.

In fact, Islamic Jihad has called for Erian to step down from “his role as adviser to the president.”

They have also made it clear that they will “vigorously” fight against Egyptian Jews attempting to return to Egypt. 

How vigorously? Well, Islamic Jihad’s Mohamed Abou Samra says, “Islamic Sharia says they deserve to be killed.”

He said of the Jews: “[Their return] will be over our dead bodies.”
