LOS ANGELES, March 25 (UPI) — Nominations for the 42nd annual Daytime Emmy Awards are to be announced on Tuesday’s edition of The Talk, CBS said.
The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences will release the full list of nominees immediately following the program online at www.emmyonline.org/daytime.
The Daytime Emmys honor excellence in television. Winners will be announced at a ceremony to air live exclusively on Pop April 26.
The Talk is a daytime chat program hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler.
