Oct. 27 (UPI) — Peacock is giving a glimpse of the new series Dig.
The streaming service shared a trailer for the show Tuesday featuring Amy Poehler and Hugh Laurie.
Dig hails from Poehler and Michael Schur, the co-creator of Parks and Recreation and creator of The Good Place.
Based on the Kate Myers novel Excavations, the comedy series stars Poehler as Elise, a woman leading an archaeological dig in Greece. Elise and her team discover a mysterious artifact that “sends them on the adventure of a lifetime.”
Geraldine Viswanathan, Fina Strazza and Antonia Thomas also star, with Laurie portraying British professor Neville.
Dig consists of 10 episodes and will premiere in its entirety Nov. 23 on Peacock.
