Aug. 20 (UPI) — The Television Critics Association announced its 2026 award winners on Thursday. Acceptance videos from the winners will be published throughout the day on the TCA’s social media channels.
Heated Rivalry was named Program of the Year. Widow’s Bay won for Outstanding Achievement in Comedy, Outstanding New Program and Kate O’Flynn’s performance.
The Late Show with Stephen Colbert won Outstanding Achievement in Variety, Talk or Sketch for its final season, and Colbert himself won the Career Achievement Award. Legacy comedy In Living Color won the Heritage Award.
The Pitt won Outstanding Achievement in Drama for the second year in a row. Death By Lightning won Outstanding Achievement in Movies, Miniseries or Specials.
Rhea Seehorn won Individual Achievement in Drama for Pluribus. The American Revolution won Outstanding Achievement in News and Information.
The Traitors won Outstanding Achievement in Reality. Percy Jackson and the Olympians and Snoopy Presents: A Summer Musical won Family and Children’s Programming, respectively.
Long Story Short won for Animation and Squid Game for International Series.
