LOS ANGELES, July 10 (UPI) — Karrueche Tran and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown may still reconcile.
The 27-year-old model revealed as much in an interview with On Air with Ryan Seacrest on Thursday. Tran broke up with Brown in March after discovering he fathered a child, but admitted there might be a chance for them yet.
“Us getting back together, I can’t say,” she told Seacrest. “I don’t know what the future holds. As of right now, I am just completely focused on myself. I’m not trying to date anybody. I just want to figure out me and grow within myself.”
“There’s no drama between us,” she said of herself and the 26-year-old rapper, despite their recent spat on Instagram. “It’s cordial, it’s cool, it’s peaceful. I don’t like drama, period … It’s unfortunate that sometimes … things are said that probably shouldn’t be said online.”
Tran and Brown dated on and off for several years, and previously split due to the rapper’s lingering feelings for ex-girlfriend Rihanna. The model recently told Real 92.3 she actively tries to avoid her ex, and attended the BET Awards, where Brown and Rihanna were present, without incident in June.
