June 9 (UPI) — Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau are making their romance red carpet official.

The singer-songwriter, 41, and the former Canadian prime minister, 54, attended the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Perry’s concert film Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris on Monday.

Perry and Trudeau were all smiles as they posed for photos, with Trudeau appearing to briefly rest his hand on Perry’s stomach before caressing her backside.

In a Q&A after the screening, Perry called Trudeau the love of her life while reflecting on her Lifetimes tour.

“I would say now at the end of 91 shows, I feel like a more grounded person in so many aspects of my life. I am very in love,” the singer said.

“Actually, that show was after I met the love of my life, and so I felt very anchored by that,” she added, referencing her November 2025 concerts in Paris. “Because I’m a little bit like a rainbow kite. I fly super high and like, you know, touch the veil, cosmos, and sometimes I need to be anchored. So, to have that anchor finally makes me feel really whole now.”

Perry was previously married to actor Russell Brand and shares a 5-year-old daughter with her ex-fiancé, actor Orlando Bloom.

Trudeau was married to Sophie Grégoire Trudeau and has three children, Xavier James, Ella-Grace Margaret and Hadrien Grégoire, with his ex-wife.
