NEW YORK, Sept. 10 (UPI) — Patricia Heaton will host new Food Network show Patricia Heaton Parties.

The series will see the 57-year-old actress host different themed events and share her tips and ideas for entertaining. The six-episode first season will premiere Saturday, Oct. 24 at 12 p.m. ET.

“Hey Tweatons!” Heaton tweeted after the news broke Wednesday. “Can’t wait to spend time cooking with you! #FoodNetwork.”

Heaton will host several intimate fêtes, including a Halloween party for her The Middle co-stars and her 25th wedding anniversary celebration with husband David Hunt. The Halloween menu includes Tombstone and Coffin Grilled Cheese with Smoky Tomato Soup.

“While everybody knows Patricia Heaton as a talented and hilarious actress, until now only her family and friends have experienced her fantastic at-home parties,” Food Network senior Vice President Bob Tuschman said in a press release.

Heaton stars as Frankie Heck on ABC sitcom The Middle, which will return for a seventh season Sept. 23. The actress is also known for playing Jill Kurland on Room for Two, Debra Barone on Everybody Loves Raymond and Kelly Carr on Back to You.
