SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 25 (UPI) —

A Texas man has been arrested after installing a hidden bathroom camera at his work that recorded him wearing a name tag setting it up, police said.

Ray De la Cruz, 44, allegedly taped an iPod to a shelf opposite a toilet in the bathroom at his work in San Antonio. A coworker discovered the device after hearing it beep. Once turned over to police, detectives found the beginning portion of the footage allegedly showing De la Cruz setting up the device. It was so close it even caught the text of his name tag, the San Antonio Express-News reported Wednesday.

Cruz was fired from his undisclosed employer and faces a single count of improper photography, which carries a maximum two-year sentence if he is convicted.
