May 1 (UPI) — White House press secretary Sarah Sanders was scheduled to give an on-camera press briefing on Tuesday afternoon.

The briefing was set to begin at 2:30 p.m. EDT.

Sanders likely will face questions about the Trump administration’s move to delay a decision on whether to impose steel and aluminum tariffs on the European Union and other nations for 30 days. She may also address a group of Central American migrants seeking asylum at the U.S. border with Mexico.

Prior to the briefing, President Donald Trump presented the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy to the U.S. Military Academy football team and met with the crew and passengers of Southwest Airlines Flight 1380.
