Sept. 28 (UPI) — White House press secretary Sarah Sanders was scheduled to give an on-camera press briefing Thursday.

She’s expected to answer questions from reporters at 2:30 p.m. EDT.

Prior to the briefing, President Donald Trump met with Elaine Duke, acting secretary of Homeland Security. He also was scheduled to meet with Chinese Vice Premier Liu Yandong Thursday.

Sanders will likely face questions about Trump’s tax proposal, which he announced Wednesday in Indianapolis. She may also talk about relief efforts in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands in the wake of Hurricane Maria last week.
