Biden: 'You'll Vote for Me in 2016'

According to NBC News, Vice President and Phi Beta Kappa honorary member Joe Biden had a conversation with a GOP relative of a Florida voter today. When insurance rates go down – presumably health insurance rates – he told the voter, “you’ll vote for me in 2016.”

Ugh.
