Luke Chung, an online database programmer, has added his voice to the many experts who say the ObamaCare federal website, Healthcare.gov, has major flaws and cannot be functional without a complete overhaul.

According to CBS News, Chung said about the federal exchange website, “It wasn’t designed well, it wasn’t implemented well, and it looks like nobody tested it.”

“It’s not even close. It’s not even ready for beta testing for my book,” said Chung. “I would be ashamed and embarrassed if my organization delivered something like that.”

House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa told CBS News that he will investigate how, as the USA Today editorial board described it, this “inexcusable mess” and “nightmare” could even happen.
