On the one-year anniversary of the passage of the Senate’s comprehensive amnesty bill, Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us released a video to pressure House Republicans to bring up amnesty legislation. It features quotes from an array of prominent pro-amnesty Republicans.

“It’s time for House Republicans to stop just talking,” the ad says. “Give us a vote on immigration reform now.”

The video, released after FWD.us’s  “day of action” on amnesty legislation, cites statements in support of immigration reform from pro-amnesty Republicans like House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH); Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), the next House Majority Leader who is seen as the “go-to” guy for Silicon Valley; Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI); House Conference Chair Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA), who said she wanted to bring amnesty legislation to the floor by August; House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA), who was recently ousted because of his support for amnesty legislation; and Rep. James Lankford (R-OK), who just won the Oklahoma GOP Senate nomination.

Other Republicans that FWD.us cited in the video include Reps. Darrell Issa (R-CA); Cory Gardner (R-CO); Mike Coffman (R-CO); Michael Grimm (R-NY); Jeff Denham (R-CA); Mario Diaz Balart (R-FL); David Valadao (R-CA); Adam Kinzinger (R-IL); Aaron Shock (R-IL); Peter King (R-NY); Greg Walden (R-OR); and Bob Goodlatte (R-VA).

As Breitbart News has been reporting, “the high-tech group has been pushing amnesty legislation to get massive increases in the number of high-tech visas, even though scholars and studies have proven that America has a surplus – not a shortage – of high-tech workers.”
