Speaking to reporters after his speech at the Iowa state fair, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) criticized President Obama for failing to demonstrate leadership — even though he had begun airstrikes in Iraq.
Cruz called for a vision and moral leadership that he explained could only come from the president.
