There are major gaps in the emails that Hillary Clinton turned over to federal investigators from her private email server.

The gaps in Clinton’s email disclosures add up to five months of unaccounted-for communications from Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State, according to a bombshell new revelation made by Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton at a summit in Washington, D.C. Fitton obtained the information from a court-ordered Freedom of Information Act release by the State Department.

Clinton did not turn over all of her emails to investigators. She’s told reporters that personal emails were deleted. However, it’s difficult to believe she didn’t conduct any official business during the missing five months.

Though Clinton deleted her emails earlier this year, evidence suggests that Clinton’s private email server was never properly wiped clean, meaning that some secret emails could still be recovered in the course of the investigation.
