President Donald Trump plans to speak at the 38th Annual National Peace Officers’ Memorial service on Capitol Hill on Wednesday.
The event marks all law enforcement officials in the United States killed in the line of duty.
The speech is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. EST.
