President Donald Trump will deliver a speech on Thursday detailing a new immigration plan to help solve the border crisis and bring skilled workers into the United States.
The speech is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. EST and will take place in the Rose Garden.
The planned speech will detail an immigration proposal drafted by Trump’s so- in-law Jared Kushner.
