President Donald Trump will announce state opioid response grants on Wednesday at the White House.
The Department of Health and Human Services will direct $1.8 billion in funding to states to help fight the opioid crisis and expand access to treatment.
The event is expected to begin at 2:15 p.m. EST in the Rosevelt Room of the White House.
