Danica Patrick, the female NASCAR driver who gets tons of media buzz, is dating fellow driver Ricky Stenhouse, Jr.
“I have a boyfriend, his name is Richard,” Patrick told the Associated Press.
Stenhouse confirmed the relationship.
Patrick is 30 years old and recently divorced. She races for Stewart-Haas Racing, which is co-owned by Tony Stewart. Stenhouse is 25 and drives for Roush-Fenway Racing and served as a mentor to Patrick in the Nationwide Series last year, which was Patrick’s first in NASCAR.
Both drivers will be riding full-time in the Sprint Cup Series (NASCAR’s top division) this year. They will race against each other at the Daytona 500 in February when the NASCAR season begins.
