Montana has been playing well, but was going to clearly be outmanned by Syracuse. They improved from  153rd to 144th from February 20 on, but unfortunately there fifth best player Mathias Ward injured his foot and is out for the season, making the lopsided challenge against Syracuse even more uphill.
