The ammunition that police found in Aaron Hernandez’s secret apartment reportedly matches the ammunition from the same caliber gun that was used to kill Odin Lloyd.

According to search warrants CNN obtained, authorities searched Hernandez’s secret apartment and “found new evidence, including .45-caliber ammunition and a white hooded sweatshirt.”

Hernandez has been charged with the first-degree murder of Odin Lloyd. He has pled not guilty and is in jail until his trial after having been denied bail twice.

According to the report, the “bullet that killed Lloyd was from a .45-caliber gun, and the white sweatshirt matches one Hernandez was seen wearing on surveillance video on June 17, the night Lloyd died.”
