An NFL scout recently said South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney is the best prospect he has ever graded in his ten years in the business.

Daniel Jeremiah said the best prospect he has scouted before Clowney had been Mario Williams, who was drafted with the top pick by the Houston Texans out of North Carolina State. He said Clowney scored higher.

“There is no ceiling,” he said or Clowney. “He could be as good as he wants to be.”

Jeremiah said Clowney, expected to be the top pick in next year’s NFL Draft, had no weaknesses.
