If Auburn wins the BCS national title game against Florida State next Monday, Auburn fans may face arrest if they decide to toilet-paper the famed palm trees outside the Rose Bowl.
When an Auburn fan site wondered whether the palm trees outside the Rose Bowl have ever been rolled, the Rose Bowl replied that the Pasadena Police Department would “take action” if necessary if that occurred:
@AUFAMILY Please do not attempt to roll the palm trees. PPD will take action if necessary.

“Rolling” the trees at Auburn’s famed Toomer’s Corner is one of college football’s best traditions, something which an Alabama fan, Harvey Updyke, ruined by poisoning the famed oak trees, which he then bragged about on Paul Finebaum’s radio show.
