On Saturday, President Obama tweeted the Dayton Flyers and congratulated Devin Oliver after the No. 11 Flyers shocked No. 3 Syracuse.

@DaytonFlyers on a huge upset win! Devin Oliver, I may need to take you up on that pick-up game one of these days. -bo

According to MLive.com, Oliver helped his high school, Kalamazoo Central, win the “Race To The Top High School Commencement Challenge in 2010″ to have Obama speak at the school’s commencement.  He challenged Obama then to a one-on-one game and was impressed that Obama remembered.

“It just adds more to it, man,” Oliver said. “It’s been an unbelievable ride and we’re still going, so I’m really excited.”

@WhiteHouse Mr. President, I appreciate the love for me and my teammates! I would love to play that 1v1 game with you ASAP! Just let me kno!
