Set 600 years following Mass Effect 3, players take on the role of Scott or Sara Ryder in Mass Effect: Andromeda, members of the Andromeda Initiative, a colonization mission made up of various species from the Milky Way sent to establish new homes in the Andromeda Galaxy.
