I realize that the government is at odds with criticism (just Google the history of Ken Salazar doctoring an MMS report to push for the drilling moratorium to quieten critics), but singling out journalists, journalists of the non-Fox variety, by name is different. Is it because they expected to get a pass from a non-Fox entity?
