AP Reporter Tweets Snowden's Empty Airline Seat To Cuba

AP Moscow Correspondent Max Seddon boarded the plane meant to carry NSA whistle-blower Edward Snowden to Cuba but Snowden was not on the Havana-bound flight. 

Seddon went so far as to tweet out a picture of “17A” the seat purchased by Snowden for his reported flight to Cuba en route to Equador:
