Police arrested Breitbart News reporter Lee Stranahan Saturday night as he was covering a protest over the death of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Stranahan was charged with obstruction of a highway as he contributed updates and multimedia content to Breitbart News’ live-wire coverage of Black Lives Matter protests around the nation. He was arrested with a group of protesters, according to a family member who had spoken with him.

Stranahan is in contact with legal representation and a Breitbart colleague is en route to ensure his timely release.
