Twitchy dug up this video from 2010 that is still posted at WhiteHouse.gov. It shows President Obama cheerfully demonstrating to America just how simple signing up for health care will be under ObamaCare.
Other than being amusing, it does show that the concept for the federal ObamaCare site was in place three years ago, which makes it all the more surprising that it wasn’t anything close to ready on time. Well, surprising if you know nothing about the competency of the federal government and a president who has never run anything larger than a classroom:
