Friday on his HBO “Real Time” program, host Bill Maher, an avowed atheist, went after one of his favorite targets: religion.
Maher used his “New Rules” segment to say 60 percent of Americans are “stupid” enough to take literally the tale of Noah’s ark saying “It’s about a psychotic mass murderer who gets away with it and his name is God.” Maher also wondered “Isn’t life hard enough without making s*** up out of thin air to f*** with yourself?”
