Krauthammer on Obama's 'Epidemic of Incompetence': 'The Buck Stops Nowhere'

On Wednesday’s “The O’Reilly Factor” on the Fox News Channel, Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer commented on President Barack Obama’s statement earlier in the day to the ongoing VA Hospital scandal. Krauthammer indicated that Obama seems to avoid accountability for the shortcomings of hist administration and this is the latest example of it.
