Wednesday on “The O’Reilly Factor,” House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) and host Bill O’Reilly had a back-and-forth conversation about taking the fight to Democrats, including Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid and President Barack Obama on the war on terror.

O’Reilly encouraged Ryan to do more, to which Ryan responded by taking aim at Obama and saying he was “phoning it in” on the war on terror.

“Talk about anger,” Ryan said. “Let me just continue that. We passed a bill last year calling on the president to give us a plan to defeat ISIS. What did he do? He sent us a few pages of talking points. So, he is phoning it in on the war on terror. Trust me when I say we share that frustration.”
