The Virginia Tech Hokies hosted the Duke Blue Devils in basketball Monday night, winning 64-63 over the fifth-ranked team in the nation.

Hokies head coach Buzz Williams heard fans using foul language at Duke, so with three minutes left in the game, he grabbed a microphone and implored the student section to “quit cussing.”

“Guys, quit cussing. Quit cussing. And don’t throw anything on the floor, regardless of what’s happening,” Williams said to some applause.
