Days after pop singer Ariana Grande was caught saying she hates America and licking yet-to-be served donuts in a public breakfast hub, Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon is urging fans to support Grande by licking donuts.
Out in full support of the pop princess, despite public health concerns, Sarandon tweeted this to her 267 thousand followers.
“Today, lick a doughnut in solidarity with @ArianaGrande. A sweet, talented, true American,” she said.
Grande issued a subsequent apology for the doughnut-licking escapade on Wednesday, but not all celebrities are buying it.
