An unnamed female attorney, prominent screenwriter Leslie Dixon, and junior executive Melissa Philipian, have accused producer Adam Fields of sexual misconduct that includes unwanted touching, harassment, and offers of advancement in exchange for sex, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Separate allegations come from a fraud lawsuit filed by Fields against Ryan Cavanaugh, the CEO of Relativity Media, where Fields worked from 2010 to 2016. “The conduct described in the documents ranged from unwanted touching to inappropriate sexual comments to streaming X-rated material on his phone in public areas of the company’s Beverly Hills offices,” according to the documents obtained by THR.

Fields was working on the set of the Bradley Cooper film Limitless when it “started with Fields’ unsolicited touching, says Dixon, which she tried to deflect, followed by lascivious remarks. One day, with multiple witnesses on hand, Fields suggested that Dixon needed a sex toy.”

Fields says she complained to her agent, who in turn complained to Relativity, but Fields continued to work on the production.

Philipian claims “At first, he wasn’t so overt with it. And then, it was a couple of weeks before I left, he came to me and basically told me if I went to his house and had sex with him, I could be moved up high at Relativity.” She turned him down.

The attorney says, “Adam had unwanted physical contact with me.”

Through his lawyer, Fields denies the accusations and claims that Relativity is trying to intimidate and ruin his reputation in retaliation for his lawsuit.

The accusers claim the Harvey Weinstein scandal prompted them to come forward.

THR adds that even “in interviews with journalists, Fields has come across as unfiltered in his sexually charged language … He is quoted as saying: ‘Where’s that producer?’ I said, ‘I don’t know. Wherever producers go when they’re fired. He’s probably in a hotel room with two hookers.'”

Fields other credits include Donnie Darko, The Wedding Ringer, Bad Santa 2, and Vision Quest.
